The Brick Wall

The brick wall of bad health–meaning that bad health, within itself–is a defying obstacle to overcome simply because of the lack of true understanding of what good health actually is. 1  There are those who have recognized that their western diet was killing them and have taken on the responsibility to educate themselves in order to live a longer, healthier and blessed life. Since nutrition isn’t widely taught, most people are yet unaware of the causes of their health problems. But yet, hope remains.

The Brick Wall can be torn down, even if it has to be by removing one brick at a time. Taking the steps of understandings as we realize them and committing ourselves to do things as God has ordered them is of the utmost importance. None of us should allow ourselves to remain sick and fat year after year but that is what happens when we continue living the wrong way. So what’s wrong and why? Take a look and see:

  1. Good health is not the absent symptoms of sickness. The WHO said in 1948, “Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.” Good health is the absence of sickness–physically, mentally and spiritually.
